The current 2026 cycle highlights these key dates:
April 30 – July 5: Film submission period.
June 19 – July 10: Film selection announcement period.
August 28 – August 30: Nanyang Film Festival 2026 main event, including NFF X JAFF: Road to JAFF 2026.
November 28 – December 5: JAFF 2026 awards, honoring outstanding Chinese films.

To register your work, open the Submit Film page from the main navigation. During the active submission period, you can complete the application form and provide your screening links and production details.

What is the film submission deadline?

The current submission deadline is July 5. Entries must be submitted by this date for consideration during the film selection announcement period running from June 19 to July 10.
